My name: Long Marady, graduated from Royal University of Law and Economics (RULE). I live in Takhmao Town, Kandal Province. I used to join Communities work since 2013. Moreover, I am an active person; I was volunteer that raised awareness to citizens and the school director in Kratie province about inclusive education. I got a chance to work at Alliance for Conflict Transformation Organization (ACT) on Community Peace building in 2018-2020 that supporting networks on community activities and community dialogues in 7 communes, 6 provinces. I am glad to have continue to work with ACT as project coordinator on ISAF that I got improve myself to work on social accountability which part of big contribution to work with the citizen to strengthen their engagement for social accountable. I like working across the provinces and challenge myself with the new learning and environments on community working to build more communication. My name’s Prak Phuong ,From Mondulkiri Province, I am an Indigenous people .I graduated from Royal University of law and Economics .I used to worked with Khmer rouge tribunal court as an intern for 6 months in 2017 and worked with Cambodian Center for human rights as in volunteer for 7 months in 2018.I am so grant to be selected as a project assistant with Collective Action to Support Women’s Rights project in Mondulkiri with the ACT.I am so happy to work with ACT especially, with Collective Action to Support Women’s rights project so ,that I can help my people in the province especially with the Indigenous people, I hope that this project very helpful to this Areas.

My name VAING Samrith, graduated from International University (IU) of Rural Development & Agriculture. I live in Mondulkiri province the northeast of Cambodia, I used to work with NGOs since 2008 as my first position is project officer that working supports indigenous communities on livelihoods and land tenure rights at Mondulkiri province. Up to now, I worked within 8 NGOs over 12 years and I got a lot of experiences due working among 15 provinces where indigenous people live and gained more experiences from other NGOs included international that I have done many short courses from overseas included Europe countries. I got a new chance to start working with Alliance for Conflict Transformation Organization (ACT) on Community Peace Building as the Project Manager that on board from March 15, 2021, in this journey I will coordination working supports the network on community activities, community dialogues, provides capacity building and awareness raising, that’s what I wants and appreciated to share my knowledge and experiences expand more to communities of CP’s targets in 7 communes, 6 provinces serving communities people via project implementation activities in ACT.
